Centennial Innovation Awards were formally handed out last night as part of the Innovate 2014 conference being held in our city.
Receiving Innovator of the Century Awards were Dave Fenton of Davco Machine and Manufacturing, Reg Isley from the Risley group of companies, and Herman Trelle and the Trelle family.
Three groups were recognized with Innovation of the Century Awards.
They include Grande Prairie Public School District for the development of Crystal Park school, the Suicide Prevention Resource Council for their Breakfast Club program, and Reg Isley for the development of the RotoSaw.
Finally, Roy Bickell and the Longmate family were presented with Entrepreneur of the Century awards.
