Non profit groups to benefit from seminar hosted by ATCO

ATCO’s 15th annual Community Symposium takes place tomorrow at the ENTREC Centre. Kris Sakowsky is the Vice President of Engineering and Construction with ATCO Electric. He says this is the first time that Grande Prairie has hosted the event, which is targeted for municipal government and non profit officials.
“The symposium is organized to help people build community leadership skills, understand how to progress public and not for profit organizations. We present a number of presenters that will talk about practices for not for profits.”
Registration goes at 7:30 tomorrow morning with the event starting at 8:30, and featuring a morning session with STARS president and CEO Andrea Robertson, and breakout sessions in the afternoon.
