UPDATE: Two teens that were reported missing earlier this week have been located.
Two young teens have gone missing and it’s believed they may have run away together.
13 year old Mary Estelle was last seen around 4 p.m. Tuesday near the Grande Prairie Court House. 12 year old Kaetana Cardinal was then reported missing by a family member earlier Wednesday. RCMP believe the two may be travelling together and could be trying to bet to B.C.
Mary is described as Aboriginal with shoulder length brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a white shirt and black jeans.
Kaetana is described as Metis, 5’4″, 130 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. It’s unknown what she was last wearing.
Anyone with information on the girls’ disappearances is asked to contact RCMP or Crime Stoppers.
