Rain over the weekend has delayed road work downtown. 99th Avenue between 102nd and 100th Street will stay closed until noon Friday.
It was originally expected to return to single lane traffic Tuesday. Traffic can use 101st or 97th Avenues as a detour when heading east through the city.
