Tommy Paul has been ordered to stand trial for the first degree murder of Adrian Snider. His preliminary hearing wrapped up Wednesday morning after seven days of testimony. It was determined there is enough evidence to go to trial on the first degree charge.
Paul is one of four people accused in Snider’s 2015 death. The 25 year’s old remains were found in a rural area outside of Grande Prairie in May of that year, but police have not confirmed publicly when or how he died. He had been missing for nearly two months.
Dominic Decque is charged with first or second degree murder, while his brother Patrick’s manslaughter trial is scheduled for January. Courtney McQuinn is also charged with accessory to murder after the fact.
A date for Paul’s trial will be set September 26th. Hel was taken into custody in Nanaimo, B.C. back in May 2015 after a warrant was issued for his arrest.
