Three volleyball teams will be headed to Toronto next summer to represent Grande Prairie.
The qualifying matches were held over the weekend at the Grande Prairie Regional College to find out who was going to participate in the 2017 North American Indigenous Games.
The Men’s U19 GP Braves took gold beating out the second place Mistassiniy Mustangs and third place Maskwascis Juniors.
In Women’s action, GP Braves in the U16 category took gold against Saddle Lake and Goodfish Lake. The U19 ladies took gold over the Wabasca Mustangs and Saddle Lake.
