Preliminary hearing in Snider murder postponed due to lawyer change

One of the first preliminary hearings in the Adrian Snider murder case has been postponed. One of the accused, Dominic Decque, has again switched lawyers.

In order to give them time to review his murder charge, the hearing from August 29th to September 2nd is no longer on the books. Instead, a new date will be set on August 15th.

Also charged with murder in 25 year old Snider’s death is Tommy Paul, who has a preliminary hearing set for August. Decque’s brother Patrick Decque is charged with manslaughter and accessory to murder with a trial scheduled for next January, after which Courtney McQuinn will have a preliminary hearing for her charge of accessory to murder after the fact.

Snider’s remains were found in a rural area outside Grande Prairie on May 4th, 2015.
