Roads around the region have been temporarily closed in the Grande Prairie region. There is a section of road closed southeast of Hythe due to rising water levels. The County of Grande Prairie has Township Road 730A west of Range Road 122 to 123 closed.
There is another closure that remains due to flooding at Township Road 754 from Range Road 90 to 92.
There are roads around the region that have been reopened including Range Road 101 from Township Road 744 to 750. Township Road 744 has been reopened from Range Road 83 to 84 as well as Range Road 74 from Highway 59 to Township Road 742.
The County says if there is any areas around the region that need immediate attention due to things like flooding, significant road damage, water and sewer issues and washed out culverts to contact the Public Works Emergency line at 780-532-7393.
