A fire in a business in Grande Prairie early Sunday morning is being called suspicious. At approximately 3:40 am Sunday, fire fighters responded to a truck that had smashed through the front window of Tommy Gun’s Original Barbershop which had ignited a fire. When they arrived there was smoke and fire coming from the business but it stayed within that part of the strip mall.
There was significant structural as well as physical damage done to the building.
Businesses located in the strip mall will all be closed today while Fire crews evaluate when it will be safe to re-open.
