UPDATE: Joel Talley has been found safe.
A missing teen from High Level has connections in Grande Prairie. 13 year old Joel Willy Isaac Talley has been missing since May 20th.
He was last seen at the Petro Canada aka the Corner Gas in High Level shortly after noon that day. He also has connections with Chateh (Assumption) and Meander River.
Joel is described as Aboriginal, 5’7″, 115 pounds with brown collar length hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing black sweatpants, a black sweater, a black ball cap with white stars and red lettering and a black backpack with red stripes.
