UPDATE: Missing Fairview girl found safe

UPDATE: Sarah was found safe Wednesday evening. RCMP thank the public for looking out for her.

A 13 year old girl has been reported missing from her home in the Fairview area. RCMP say Sarah Zylstra was last seen at her home on Range Road 20 in the M.D. of Fairview at around 12:30 am on May 17th and was reported that afternoon at 1:49 pm.

Grande Prairie RCMP started a ground search for the girl but will be preparing a more intensive search May 18th.

Zylstra is aboriginal and 5’4″ tall. She was last seen wearing blue jeans, rose coloured long sleeve shirt and black shoes.

If you have information on her whereabouts, contact the RCMP.
