Fort St. John woman killed after being pinned between two vehicles

A Fort St. John woman has been killed in a freak accident. RCMP say the 21 year old had been trying to stop a vehicle from rolling backwards out of a driveway Saturday afternoon.

When it made to the street, the woman was pinned against another vehicle and her head was seriously injured. She was taken to the local hospital and shortly succumbed to her injuries.

Police say it’s still very early in their investigation and no further information on what happened is available.
