Trial for Kenneth Snow underway in Grande Prairie

A trial is being held today in Grande Prairie for a man arrested behind the wheel of a stolen vehicle. Then 26 year old Kenneth Snow was reported missing last September, and was arrested four days later driving the stolen Ford F-350 downtown.

The Grande Prairie man was driving while disqualified and meth was found in the vehicle. In addition to 17 drug, weapon, theft and fraud-related charges, RCMP also identified Snow as the driver of a truck seen in a surveillance video that was widely shared on social media.

It showed a woman falling out of the grey truck and running away, and a man picking up the spilled contents of her purse. Police say the woman wasn’t injured but didn’t share any more details on the incident.
