Preliminary hearings for Snider murder suspects on the books

Preliminary hearings have now been set for all four people accused in the death of Adrian Snider. The 25 year old’s remains were found in a rural area outside Grande Prairie on May 4th, 2015 , more than a month after he was reported missing.

Courtney McQuinn of Campbell River, B.C. is facing a charge of accessory to murder after the fact with a preliminary hearing set for next January and February. Patrick Decque will also be back in court in January on his manslaughter and accessory to murder charges.

His brother Dominic Decque and Tommy Paul will have hearings on their murder charges in August. It’s been confirmed that the Decque brothers knew the deceased, and were known to police as well.
