The Downtown Rehabilitation and Streetscapes project will go to tender around the end of April. This comes after the open house to showcase details on design was held Monday night and has the city available to answer questions. Project Technologist Conor Coney says this is an exciting and significant milestone.
The first phase of the project is set to start this summer on 101st street between 98th and 103rd street. The second phase will begin next summer on 101 avenue. It will take four years for the $20 million project to be complete.
