Premier Rachel Notley plans to walk Alberta families through her government’s plan to get them through the economic downturn through a $90,000 TV broadcast tonight. The 15 minute address will air at 6:45 p.m. on CTV and Global TV.
Notley says she’s heard from Albertans as she toured the province for the budget and wants to speak to the directly on how they’ll create jobs and tough out low oil prices. The NDP plan to release their budget on April 14th.
Wildrose leader Brian Jean will have his own opportunity to reply at a later date.
