A city bus stop that was moved over a month ago has Legion members asking questions about where they can find convenient parking. The stop had been moved from up the street on 101 ave to adjacent to the Legion Hall in closer to the Nordic Court building. Legion Manager and veteran Moe Morgan informed City Council that the move has taken away available parking from not only the legion members but everyone else around the area.
He adds that they were not informed of the move. There has been benches installed at the new stop but Morgan still hopes the city can find a way to move the stop back or find other parking solutions for the lack of space.
City Council has passed on the information to administration to look into it further and help make parking more accessible for Legion members.
