The Grande Prairie Pee Wee AA Boston Pizza Knights are one of 22 finalists for Hometown Hockey’s Cheer Like Never Before contest. The team sent in a video of their team cheer and then got to perform it in front of a panel of judges when the tour came to the Swan City in January.
The Knights were picked as the winner from our community, and are now up for an even bigger prize. If they get the most votes in the country, they’ll win a trip to an NHL game, a VIP game day experience and the chance to show off their cheer in an NHL dressing room.
Votes for the local hockey stars can be done once a day on the Hometown Hockey website. Voting ends at the end of the day Friday.
