Airsheds of Alberta to bring improved air quality monitoring

Two organizations are working together to bring better air quality monitoring. Peace Airshed Zone Association as well as the other 8 regional Airsheds are working together with the Alberta Environmental Monitoring, Evaluation and Reporting Agency to improve and strengthen the evaluation they already do.

The regional Airsheds are part of the Alberta Airsheds Council who signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Agency which outlines province wide review and annual forums. Included in this will be public sharing online. There will be joint efforts made in funding to support the work that is ongoing to improve the air quality in the province.
