Pembina Pipeline has made a more 556-million dollar deal with Paramount Resources. The oil and gas producer is selling off its Musreau natural gas processing assets, just 15 kilometres away from Pembina’s Cutbank facility near Grande Prairie.

The sale also includes Paramount’s recently built Kakwa sour natural gas processing complex and the connected infrastructure, sales gas pipeline and future disposal wells. Also involved is the engineering studies, licences and surface rights for the future construction of another sour natural gas processing plant
