Spring forward for Daylight Saving Time

If you don’t want to be late for work Monday, make sure you change your clock this weekend for daylight saving time. Sunday is the day to change your clock 1 hour ahead with the spring forward.

Sunrise and sunset will be about 1 hour later on Mar 13, 2016 than the day before. There will be more light in the evening.

Fort St. John, Charlie Lake, Taylor and Dawson Creek will not change times and will then be an hour behind Mountain Standard Time starting Sunday.

Other places in Canada not using Daylight Saving Time include most of Saskatchewan and Creston in the East Kootenays in BC.
