There will be a lot more people walking around Grande Prairie will no hair on their heads after this Saturday. The Canadian Cancer Society and Grande Prairie Fire fighters are teaming up with other fire fighters across the province and the Northwest Territories to raise money and show support for people battling cancer all while breaking a Guinness World Record.
The goal is to beat the current record for most heads shaved simultaneously which a group in Peterborough, Ontario currently holds from their record last year set at 267 people. You can donate and participate in the head shaving fundraiser this Saturday at 1pm at the South Fire hall in GP.
