Mobile mammography trailer making Grimshaw stop at end of month

A mobile mammography screening trailer will be making it’s way into Grimshaw later this month.

The screenings will be offered to individuals that are eligible aged from 45 to 74. The trailer will first be parked at the Grimshaw Berwyn Community Health Complex from July 30, to August 1st.

Officials say that mammograms are the best way to find breast cancer early when treatment may work better, and could save lives down the road.

Screenings are available at no cost for eligible individuals, but appointments are required, you can call 1-800-667-0604 to book an appointment.
