Historic Dunvegan to be at a discounted price throughout the summer

Historic Dunvegan to be one of 15 different museums or historic sites to be apart of the Canada Strong Pass.

The Canada Strong Pass is put on by the Alberta government. Through the pass, a select number of Alberta museums and historic sites will be free for children and teens aged 17 and under, and half-price for adults aged 18-24, with no limits for the number of visits.

The Alberta Minister of Tourism and Sport, Andrew Boitchenko says the Canada Strong Pass invites both Albertans and out-of-province visitors alike to experience everything the province has to offer.

“Alberta’s museums and historic sites bring history to life. Through the Canada Strong Pass, our government is making it easier than ever for families and young people to explore Alberta’s heritage and celebrate exactly what makes our province so special.”

The Canada Strong Pass is not a physical or digital pass that visitors need to present or download. The benefits are automatically applied to all eligible guests during the program period.

The program begun on June 19th, and will run until September 7th.
