Armed robbery at Grande Prairie Mama Panda

The Mama Panda restaurant in Grande Prairie was held up by two people Sunday night. RCMP say the man and woman wore scarves over their faces when they entered the store around 8 p.m.

The woman held a hand gun as they demanded cash from an employee, who cooperated and was not hurt. The pair drove away in a newer model white Toyota Venza.

The man was wearing sunglasses and a green hoodie. The woman also wore sunglasses, a white jacket with the hood up, a red scarf and black pants. She may also have worn a baseball cap.

Anyone with information on the robbery is asked to contact police or Crime Stoppers.
