Fire advisory lifted for City of Grande Prairie

Rain and cooler temperatures, which have lowered the wildfire danger in the area to low and has prompted the City of Grande Prairie to lift a long in place fire advisory.

Fire officials say while the risk has decreased, you are still encouraged not only to keep safe burning top of mind if it’s on your list of to-do’s, but to remain vigilant to ensure community safety.
