NHL’s Marty McSorley coming for Hometown Hockey

A former NHL star will be joining local alumni and Ron MacLean as the Hometown Hockey Tour stops in Grande Prairie later this month. Marty McSorley played both forward and defence, and was a teammate of Wayne Gretzky’s on both the Edmonton Oilers and the LA Kings.

The hockey festival will be in the Swan City on January 16th and 17th, culminating in the outdoor viewing of a match up between the Montreal Canadiens and the Chicago Blackhawks. The weekend will be full of hockey-themed activities and a chance to meet with NHL alumni like McSorley and local legend Clint Malarchuk.

Everything goes down at Revolution Place.
