Last chance to share priorities for South Montrose site

There are several ideas floating around for the future of the South Montrose site, and the City wants to know your thoughts. A concourse and greenway is set to be built south of the Montrose Cultural Centre, and city council is looking at options like a performing arts and conference centre, a pedestrian hub, a civic square and a mixed use building.

An online survey has been up since early December looking for residents to prioritize those projects, as well as let the city know what kind of public spaces they’d like to see. Tuesday is the last day to respond, and everyone’s answers will be compiled into a report that will be reviewed in February. The plan is to start construction next summer.
