Alberta Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) is investigating a fatal workplace incident that took place in Grande Prairie on September 19th, 2025.
According to OHS, one worker died after being pinned by equipment that tipped over on the site. As the investigation is currently ongoing, no further information will be provided.
