Christmas tree collection starts Monday

Live Christmas tree collection will start in Grande Prairie next week. Aquatera will be around to pick them up on the same day as your regular garbage service, starting January 4th.

Residents are asked to leave them on the curb, one metre from their garbage bin, with all decorations removed. Any trees taller than eight feet should also be cut in half.

Collection runs until January 22nd, but you can also drop your tree off at the Aquatera Landfill for free.
