Unique Home Concepts to build dream home for a fourth year

A local custom home builder will build the 2026 Rotary Dream Home for a fourth year.

Unique Home Concepts will be in charge of making the home in Carriage Lane Estates a reality. General Manager and Partner of Unique Home Concepts, Chris Newbury, says the company tries to create something unique each year.

“Seeing the winner’s reaction and hearing the stories about the community programs and life-changing initiatives made possible by the Dream Home is a cause we are more than happy to continue to contribute to,” Newbury says. “For the 2026 Dream Home, expect to see a 5-bedroom, mid-century modern bungalow with soft curves, dark-toned wood finishes, flowing arches, and rich materials!”

Brad Jones with Carriage Lane Estates says the community is happy to see another dream home built in the community.

“The Dream Home’s 33 years reflects the commitment of sponsorships and profound sense of community that exists thanks to the Rotary Club of Grande Prairie,” Jones says.

The Dream Home Lottery is overseen by the Rotary Clubs of Grande Prairie, and tickets are set to go on sale at the end of December.
