Four Grande Prairie/Peace River fighters on Fort St. John "Homecoming" card

There are four fighters from Grande Prairie and Peace River on the card for tonight’s Fivestar Fight League event.

Both Devan Hardacker (0-0) and Jacob Moore (0-0) are making their amateur debuts in Fort St. John.

Meanwhile, GP’s Alex Martinex (1-2) will fight Alex Paul of Cold Lake (0-1).

Ken Elter (0-1) of Peace River will look for his first win against Ron Pope.

Pope is one of several fighters from the Energetic City, which is hosting its first ever MMA Event.

It’s appropriately called “Homecoming”, and has hometown favourite Brad Stewart (6-2) defending his belt against Cody Krahn (14-8) of Edmonton in a middleweight title fight.

Also battling for a title is FSJ’s Duncan Wilson (5-4) taking on Cold Lake’s Jonathan Cowan (4-2) for the welterweight championship.
