A snowfall warning has been issued for the Grande Prairie – Beaverlodge – Valleyview region, affecting parts of the County of Grande Prairie and the MD of Greenview.
Environment Canada says 10 to 15 centimetres of snow is expected in areas around Hythe, Wembley and Sexsmith starting Friday afternoon through late Friday night. Debolt, Little Smoky and Valleyview are also included.
Drivers may noticed reduced visibility and conditions could worsen quickly.
