With only one month left in the year, construction has started on less than 100 single family homes in Grande Prairie.
November saw 16 housing starts, bringing the year to date to 343. That’s just more than half of what we saw by this point last year, but the majority of that comes from multiple family homes.
Only 99 new single family homes have been built, which is roughly a quarter of what was seen in the first 11 months of 2014.
