A convenience store in the Mountview neighborhood was robbed at knife point in broad daylight this morning. RCMP say around 11 am a man entered the store carrying the knife and demanded that the clerk open the register.
The man took and undisclosed amount of money from the register and left the store on foot, leaving the clerk unharmed. The man is described as Caucasian and between 5’7″ and 5’9″ with a thin build. He was wearing a black jack with a white hood up, glasses with yellow lenses and blue jeans. He also had light coloured beard stubble.
Anyone with information on the man or the robbery is asked to contact the local RCMP detachment or Crime Stoppers.
