Kevin Koe had his win streak broken by John Epping in a 9-5 finish while Brad Jacobs improved his record to 3-1 with a 7-2 win over Steve Laycock.
Both local curlers saw success this draw as Grande Prairie’s Carter Rycroft and Team Simmons best Reid Carruthers 5-4 and Beaverlodge’s Geoff Walker and Team Gushue topped Mike McEwen 6-5. They’ll play against each tonight in draw six, which goes tonight at 6:30.
