A 57 year old woman has been killing in a crash between a car and a logging truck. The collision happened just before 9 a.m. on the Alaska Highway, north of Fort St. John, B.C.
The woman was a resident of Charlie Lake, 10 minutes outside of the city, but her name has not been released.
The highway was closed for six hours while RCMP investigated with a collision reconstructionist. They’re still looking into the cause of the fatal crash and are asking any witnesses to come forward.
