Grande Prairie RCMP is looking for a man suspected of robbing the Winks Convenience Store in the Crystal Lake area this morning. Around 8:30 a.m., mounties say the man approached the clerk and threatened them with a knife.
Fortunately, the employee wasn’t hurt, but the suspect made off with an undisclosed amount of cash and ran in an unknown direction. He’s described as Caucasian, in her 20s, wearing a black bandana, a black jacket, a tan hoodie, and gloves.
Anyone with information on the armed robbery is asked to contact RCMP or Crime Stoppers.
