Grande Prairie RCMP has arrested a man suspected of robbing the Mac’s Convenience Store in Mission Heights over the weekend. 33 year old Gabriel Wilson allegedly demanded money and cigarettes from the clerk while holding a gun on Saturday.
Police were able to track him down at an apartment complex on 96th Street and he was taken into custody. The Grande Prairie resident is now facing several charges, including robbery with a firearm and possessing a weapon for a dangerous purpose.
He has a court date set for today.
