There will be three opportunities in the next two weeks to learn more about the medical clinic planned for Spirit River. The 10,000 square foot clinic will have space for five doctors, two dentists, a mental health worker and a Professional Care Network nurse to serve the town and MD of Spirit River, along with Rycroft, Birch Hills County and Saddle Hills County.
The five communities are footing the bill in the hopes that it will serve their healthcare needs for the next 50 years. Open houses will be held on October 28th at the Saddle Hills County Complex, November 3rd at the Eaglesham Hall, and November 5th at the Community Centre in Spirit River for residents to see the latest designs.
Construction is expected to start in the spring of 2016.
