It’s become a yearly tradition for the GPRC Wolves: this weekend’s volleyball home opener will be dedicated to raising money and awareness for the Canadian Cancer Society. Grande Prairie Regional College is hosting the Lakeland Rustlers Friday and Saturday with the proceeds from toonie ball and wristbands going to support cancer research.
Games start tonight at 6, when Leigh and Bethe Goldie will be recognized as the newest members of the Wolves Wall of Fame. Saturday’s games start at 1 p.m., and Wolves alumni have been invited to meet the teams both days.
