Dan Aykroyd to lead 2nd annual Aykroyd Family Ride

Dan Aykroyd is returning to the Peace Country this weekend for the Philip J Currie Dinosaur Museum’s grand opening festivities. The Canadian actor will be leading the 2nd Annual Aykroyd Family ride on Saturday, with the funds raised going towards supporting the brand new dinosaur museum.

This year’s ride will start at the Mighty Peace Harley Davidson location on the north end of Grande Prairie at 10:30 am. Riders will then head through the city and west on Highway 43, ending at the parking lot of the Philip J. Currie Dinosaur Museum near Wembley.

Motorcycle riders wanting to take part can do so with a minimum $20 donation. Last year’s inaugural ride saw more than 600 riders take part.

This year’s Amber Ball will follow the ride Saturday evening at the Entrec Centre.
