Everyone was able to make it out safely when a fire started in a Riverview Pines home earlier tonight. County firefighters from the Clairmont and Dunes stations, along with the Wembley fire department, responded around 8 p.m. Tuesday.
When they got to the home near Dimsdale, smoke was already coming out of the single storey home. Crews were able to contain the blaze to one room, quickly extinguishing it.
No injuries have been reported and the cause is under investigation.
