Another home has been busted for illegally selling alcohol in Cadotte Lake. Peace Regional RCMP did a search Wednesday and turned up a significant amount of liquor. One person was arrested and charges are pending against them.
The Woodland Cree First Nation has made cracking down on the illegal sale of booze one of its priorities. Constable Scott Lowe says the cooperation of residents is key, and encourages anyone who knows about criminal activity to contact police or Crime Stoppers.
