Grande Prairie bowler competing at 2015 Special Olympics World Games

A Special Olympics athlete from Grande Prairie will be representing Canada at the 2015 World Games over the next week and a half. 50 year old Doug Hutt competes in 10 pin bowling, as one of the 13 members from Alberta who made the trip to Los Angeles.

Hutt is close to the oldest competitor from our province, beat out only by two years. 15 year old Connor Bissett from Whitecourt is the youngest.

The games kick off Saturday and finish August 2nd.
