Street performers return to Grande Prairie

The 15th annual Grande Prairie Street Performers Festival returns to the city this afternoon. Downtown Grande Prairie will play host to the festival which brings jugglers, acrobats, musicians, artists, face painters, and many more entertainers from around the world to the swan city every year.

Acts like the Human Knot, Peter Panic, and The Yo-Yo Guy will be performing today through Sunday. The festival runs from 4:30 to 10 pm tonight, Saturday from 11 am to 10 pm, and Sunday from 11 am to 6 pm on 100th Avenue on either side of 100th Street.

It is free to attend for everyone, though you are asked to bring cash to help support the entertainers who make their living through street performing.
