Bear Creek Folk Fest in GP over the weekend

Grande Prairie residents may notice an increase in traffic heading toward Muskoseepi Park over the weekend, with the sold-out Bear Creek Folk Festival beginning Friday.

According to the City of Grande Prairie festival attendees can ride city transit to the festival for free as long as they have their wrist band on.

The three-day event will include four stages, where over 30 artists will perform, including Sarah McLachlan, Blue Rodeo, and the Strumbellas.
