Two people are facing drug trafficking-related charges after Peace River RCMP executed a search warrant at a trailer park in the town. According to police, on Thursday, July 13th, officers searched the Terrace Trailer Park and reportedly seized a significant amount of drugs, including meth, fentanyl, and cocaine, along with a flame thrower and ammunition.
43-year-old Victor Morency of Peace River is facing half a dozen charges, including possession of cocaine, meth, and fentanyl with intent to traffic and theft under $5,000, while 26-year-old Jesse May Nadaeu of Grimshaw is facing possession charges with the intent to traffic.
Morency is being held in custody while Nadeau has been released. Both are scheduled to appear before a Justice of the Peace on July 24th.
