Beaverlodge expands pickup locations for Community Bus program

The Town of Beaverlodge is expanding its Community Bus Program by adding two new pickup and drop off locations.

The bus will pick up users at Parkview Village and the big beaver statue every Wednesday. However, the new locations need to be pre-booked as the bus won’t stop there unless there is a registered rider.

Along with the two additional locations, the bus will continue to pick up and drop off at Amisk Court and drive residents into Grande Prairie for appointments and shopping. The bus will not run if at least five people do not register to use the service.

It costs $5 to ride, and those looking to register or find out more information can call 780-353-4057.
