Grande Prairie Minor Baseball is hosting their first ever Blue Jays Honda Super Camp this weekend.
Local minor ball players aged 9 to 16 have the opportunity to take part, learning from major league all-stars like second baseman Sandy Alomar Sr., centre fielder Lloyd Moseby, former Blue Jays relief pitcher Duane Ward, and Jesse Barfield- who is touted as having the best outfield arm of the 80’s.
GP Minor Baseball is hoping this camp will be the first of many for years to come. The camp is set for tomorrow and Sunday at the Evergreen Park ball diamonds.
